Two PTs. Full hours. Real progress.

We opened Sundial in 2022 after years of seeing three patients an hour in busy clinics. Here, each of us sees about eight people a day, one at a time, and every minute of your visit is with your PT.

Tessa Marlowe, PT, DPT, testing a patient's hip and knee range of motion

Tessa Marlowe, PT, DPT, OCS

Board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy, American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties

Tessa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in Flagstaff and spent nine years at a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic before co-founding Sundial. She sees a lot of back and neck pain, shoulders, joint replacements, and dizziness that comes from the inner ear.

She'd rather spend ten extra minutes on how you move at work than hand you a sheet of exercises.

Why people stay

Your PT already knows the story.

Every visit picks up where the last one left off, with the same person. Nobody has to skim your chart in the hallway.

Why 40

A short week keeps every hour whole.

Each of us caps the week at 40 visits, about eight a day. When we're full, a new evaluation goes to the next open day instead of being squeezed in on top of someone else's hour.
